With over 15 years of experience as an Apple Genius and Lead Genius, and nearly 30 years using Macs personally, I bring real Apple expertise to Mac repair and upgrades in East Greenbush, Rensselaer, and the greater Albany, NY area.
As a former Apple employee, I trained hundreds of other Geniuses and was instrumental in opening more than 20 Apple retail stores. That background — combined with decades as a hands-on Mac user — means I can diagnose and fix hardware issues, resolve software problems, and guide you through getting the most out of your Apple products.
